Opium: 8000 grams or more → Minimum 20 years imprisonment + fine not less than Rs. 800,000.
Heroin & Morphine: 6000 grams or more → Life imprisonment + fine up to Rs. 2 million.
Cocaine: 5000 grams or more → Life imprisonment + fine not less than Rs. 2.5 million.
Methamphetamine (ICE): Exceeding 4 kilograms → Life imprisonment + fine not less than Rs. 2.5 million.

Offences committed near schools, colleges, or universities attract maximum punishment.
Repeat offenders face maximum penalties regardless of quantity.

سزائیں
بھنگ: 999 گرام تک → 6 ماہ سے 3 سال قید + جرمانہ۔
چرس: 5000 گرام یا زیادہ → 14 سے 20 سال قید + بھاری جرمانہ۔
افیون: 8000 گرام یا زیادہ → کم از کم 20 سال قید + کم از کم 8 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ۔
ہیروئن و مورفین: 6000 گرام یا زیادہ → عمر قید + 20 لاکھ روپے تک جرمانہ۔
کوکین: 5000 گرام یا زیادہ → عمر قید + کم از کم 25 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ۔
آئس (میتھ ایمفیٹامین): 4 کلوگرام سے زیادہ → عمر قید + کم از کم 25 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ۔
خصوصی دفعات
تعلیمی اداروں کے قریب جرم کرنے پر زیادہ سے زیادہ سزا دی جائے گی۔
دوبارہ جرم کرنے والے کو ہمیشہ زیادہ سے زیادہ سزا دی جائے گی۔
