• Methamphetamine (ICE): Exceeding 4 kilograms → Life imprisonment + fine not less than Rs. 2.5 million.

• افیون: 8000 گرام یا زیادہ → کم از کم 20 سال قید + کم از کم 8 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ۔
• ہیروئن و مورفین: 6000 گرام یا زیادہ → عمر قید + 20 لاکھ روپے تک جرمانہ۔
• کوکین: 5000 گرام یا زیادہ → عمر قید + کم از کم 25 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ۔
• آئس (میتھ ایمفیٹامین): 4 کلوگرام سے زیادہ → عمر قید + کم از کم 25 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ۔

خصوصی دفعات

• تعلیمی اداروں کے قریب جرم کرنے پر زیادہ سے زیادہ سزا دی جائے گی۔
• دوبارہ جرم کرنے والے کو ہمیشہ زیادہ سے زیادہ سزا دی جائے گی۔
