Privately Managed Schools and Colleges (Taking Over) Regulation 1972

This Regulation shall come into force at once and shall have effect notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time beingin force or in any deed of trust, contract, agreement or other instrument whatsoever.
