Punjab Industrial Relations Act 2010
This Act may be cited as the Punjab Industrial Relations Act 2010. It extends to the whole of the Punjab. It shall apply to all persons employed in any establishment or industry but shall not apply to any person employed in the Police or any of the Defence Services of Pakistan or any services or installations exclusively connected with or incidental to the Armed Forces of Pakistan including an ordnance factory maintained by the Federal Government.
