Pakistan Railway Servants Welfare Fund Ordinance 1969

This Ordinance may be called the Pakistan Railway Servants‟ Welfare Fund Ordinance, 1969. It shall apply to all Railway servants as hereinafter defined, provided that the Railway Board may, by notification in the official Gazette, exempt any class of Railway servants from the operation of this Ordinance.
