Land Acquisition (Mines) Act 1894

Land Acquisition (Mines) Act 1894. This Act may be called the Land Acquisition (Mines) Act, 1885 and It shall come into force at once. The Provincial Government may, from time to time, by notification in the official Gazette, extend this Act to the whole or any specified part of the territory under its administration.

This Act may be called the Partnership Act, 1932. It extends to the whole of Pakistan. It shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1932, except section 69, which shall come into force on the 1st day of October, 1933.
